SM Architectural & Town-planning Services opened in 2011 and since opening, we have continued providing all-in-one architectural and affordable drafting services for your building plan needs. We design and submit building plans for new & existing structures to comply with local municipality's regulations.
We provide consultation for town planning, property rights, and associated services such as Subdivision, Rezoning, Title upliftments, Second Dwellings, etc.

However, we've noticed that many property owners are often uninformed or provided with incomplete information about their rights in relation to building plans and may not have access to complete information, so we work closely with property agents, architects, and engineers to provide comprehensive and accurate guidance. That's why we want to ensure that property owners are properly informed of their rights so that they can make informed decisions about their buildings. Because every property needs a building plan.
At SM Architectural & Town-Planning Service, we are dedicated to promoting eco-friendliness in our operations. We strive to minimize the use of paper by only printing when necessary. We plan our routes to the council and clients to reduce travel time and our carbon footprint. Additionally, we use laser equipment to measure existing structures, which helps us avoid multiple trips to the site, saving time for both us and our clients. We also send building plans and other documents electronically, which is both convenient for our clients and eco-friendly.
Occasionally, we outsource our services to other SMEs to provide expertise that we may not have in-house. This collaborative approach helps us grow together and benefit from each other's knowledge and skills.
