We can obtain copies of existing approved plans (if available) from R550.00 per unit/property at the City of Tshwane Council & Garden Route.

The following documents will be required:

1. Special power of attorney form - signed (to be provided)
2. A copy of the owner’s identity document
3. A copy of the council account

Copies from R850 per Unit/property (if these items are available at City of Tshwane & Garden Route Councils) of:

• Approved Building Plans
• Occupational Certificate
• Arial and Contour Photo
• SG Diagram and/or Sectional Title Diagram (AB Plan)
• Drainage Connection Slip
• Zoning Certificate and/or Annexure
• Title Deed

4. Site visits and meetings with the client (With safe precautions)
- Existing and as-built structures will be measured, Laser scanning depends on the size and location of the project.

5. Building plans are drawn up and then approved by the client

6. Documents are prepared with the building plans to be submitted.
7. Submission of building plans for approval at the local municipality
- submissions are done by facilitators if not submitted electronically,
- Approval subject to the compliance of the local municipality.
8. Certificate of occupancy - to be obtained by the client unless otherwise agreed upon.
